All our bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor and can only be accessed by steep, narrow stairs, so may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. If you would like to book a room please give us a call, we would be happy to advise.

There is WiFi available throughout Haveners. Simply complete our sign-in form and you’ll have access to the internet. 

Please note, this is not suited to extensive streaming or heavy downloads/uploads.

Dogs are only accepted within our self-catering apartment. Sadly, due to the design and make-up of our bedrooms and main property, dogs are not permitted in the other guest bedrooms at Havener’s.

If you are travelling with your four-legged friend, we recommend booking the self-catering apartment or considering one of our sister sites which offer dog-friendly bedrooms.

Dog charges for the self-catering apartment are £20 per dog, per stay. This charge is not included in the accommodation rate and will be added as an additional cost on top of the apartment rate.

Where dogs are permitted within designated public areas, we politely request that they are kept on leads at all times and remain under the control of their owner.

As dogs may be present within certain areas of the property, guests with allergies or sensitivities are strongly advised to notify the site directly prior to arrival. While we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, we will always endeavour to meet individual requirements where possible.

We ask that dogs are not left on their own in the rooms. Your dog is allowed with you in all areas of Havener’s except the main restaurant.

Included in this additional rate you will find our ‘Proper Dog’ hamper complete with tennis ball, Forthglade treats, biodegradable poo-bags and a Proper Job beer for you to take away with you.

All our rooms are complete with luxury toiletries, tea and coffee-making facilities, free WiFi and a hairdryer.

Please note, there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

Unfortunately, our rooms are not large enough to accommodate extra beds. However, some of our rooms can accommodate a cot, but please note these are not available to hire. Please call us to book to ensure you are allocated a room that is large enough.

Additional occupants aged 3+ years are charged 25% of the double room rate.

Breakfast is served every morning from 8am until 10am and is included as part of your room rate (unless you are staying in the self-catering apartment).

You can order from our breakfast menu, or please help yourself to our continental selection.

The main bar and restaurant also offer lunch and dinner. The team will be happy to reserve a table for you, just let them know. Explore our full menu here.

Check-in is from 3pm, please let us know in advance if you’ll be arriving after 10pm. We ask guests to check out by 10am on the day of departure.

Due to our prominent position in Fowey, we do not have parking. 

There are limited chargeable long and short-stay car parks located at Caffa Mill (PL23 1DF) or Albert Quay (PL23 1AJ). Should you require any further information please call us.

We do not have any EV charge points but you can click the link below to search for nearby charging points.

If you have booked through a third-party travel agent please refer to the agent’s specific cancellation terms. We do not pay commission on reservations to third parties without a prior formal agreement.

Bedroom prices are per room, per night. Rates are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and VAT. Minimum 2-night stay restrictions apply to Friday & Saturday evenings during peak times and also during the Christmas & New Year period.

You will need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Electron to secure a reservation.

Please note that full payment for your reservation will be taken between 48 hours prior to arrival and check-in. This will be debited from the credit/debit card used to secure your initial booking.

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
